We help review, organize and present financing requests for consideration by participating lenders and financing sources. Nothing on this website, and no communication from us, constitutes an offer of credit, a loan approval, or a commitment to lend. Any financing is subject to underwriting, verification, and approval by the applicable lender.

This website and our services are intended for businesses and investors seeking financing for business or investment purposes, not for personal, family, or household use. By submitting a form, you represent that any financing you are seeking is for a business or investment purpose.

Scope My Deal provides an initial review of a proposed real-estate investment transaction. Submit My Deal is the financing application process offered through Zion Noah Capital. Our team reviews submitted information, identifies potential financing options, and assists with preparing transactions for consideration by participating lending partners. Preliminary financing discussions, program comparisons, and transaction assessments are informational and do not constitute a loan approval, financing commitment, guaranteed property valuation, or offer of credit. Final eligibility, financing terms, and approval are determined by the applicable lending institution.

Application invitation links are intended for the named recipient, expire, may be revoked and become unusable after submission. Do not forward them. An invitation does not guarantee financing or grant access to staff records. We track invitation and application activity as described in our Privacy Policy. Use the invited email for submission and contact us if the recipient or application details are incorrect. Provide sensitive information only through the designated application or secure document process; do not send it through general inquiries or chat.

Financing is available only in eligible states and for eligible borrowers, properties and products. A lender's advertised maximum or fastest closing is not a typical result or a promise for your transaction. Pricing, leverage, documentation and closing dates require current lender confirmation. Any applicable brokerage, lender and third-party costs should be reviewed before you proceed; a consultation or preliminary review is not a representation that financing has no costs.

Calculations and examples are informational estimates, not quotes, appraisals or guaranteed proceeds. Scope My Deal uses the information you provide and ZNC screening guidelines, not a lender's final underwriting. Property values, including after-repair value, are investor-provided and unverified. Missing information, lender limits, reserves, fees and holdbacks can change the result. Do not rely on an estimate as a complete cash-to-close calculation or a promise of financing.

The planned New Investor Program is educational. Enrollment is not open, and no program start date is promised. Joining an interest list is not enrollment, guaranteed admission or eligibility for financing. Any future financing request remains separate and subject to lender review. Program-email consent is separate from optional SMS consent for a financing inquiry.
