About us
About Zion Noah Capital
We don't just find financing. We build the foundation that makes financing possible.
Who we are
Built for investors, not homebuyers.
Zion Noah Capital is a real estate loan brokerage built specifically for investors — not homebuyers, not primary residences. Every lending program we offer, every lender we work with, and every conversation we have is focused on one thing: helping real estate investors fund their deals and build their portfolios the right way.
We're not a bank. We're not a direct lender. We're a broker — which means our job is to know the lending landscape better than you do, and to match your deal to the right capital source from our network of private lenders, debt funds, and capital providers.

Meet the Founder

Jermaine W. Crandall
Real Estate Professional • Real Estate Investor • Property-Management Professional • Founder of Zion Noah Capital
I was born and raised in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York. Back then, people called it the hood, but it was a neighborhood I loved—beautiful brownstones lined the blocks, including two-family, three-family, and four-family homes. Many of those properties were boarded up, vacant, or overlooked.
In the early 2000s, the neighborhood began to change. Outside investors came in and purchased properties while many longtime residents sold for far less than those properties would later become worth. Rents rose, families were displaced, and many of us assumed real estate ownership and investment were financially out of reach.
What I eventually learned was that the opportunity had always existed, but access to the right information had not. Private lending, asset-based underwriting, DSCR financing, and loan programs based on the property rather than a borrower's W-2 were already being used by experienced investors. Everyday people simply were not being shown how these financial tools worked.
I became a real estate professional in New York, began investing in real estate, and built extensive hands-on experience in property management. Through that journey, I learned that financing alone is not enough. Investors also need the correct business structure, documentation, deal analysis, and long-term strategy.
I founded Zion Noah Capital to help close that information gap. Our purpose is to help investors understand their options, properly prepare their financing files, and connect with capital that fits the deal. We do not simply ask whether a transaction can be funded. We examine the foundation supporting it.
That is why our approach is simple: We fix the foundation. Then we fund the deal.
Our difference
The Foundation Comes First
Most brokers ask one question: can we fund your deal?
We ask a different question first: is your business structured correctly to receive funding?
Many of the clients who come to us need structural work before their financing is possible. One had no LLC and all five properties in his personal name. One had an LLC, but every property was still titled personally. In both cases, the gaps had to be closed before a lender would move.
Zion Noah Capital helps identify structural and documentation gaps that may affect financing. When legal, tax, title, accounting, or entity-formation services are needed, we coordinate with the borrower and appropriately qualified professionals.
Entity organization. Property titling. Operating agreements. EIN documentation. We make sure none of it is missing before your file reaches a lender — because a loan built on a broken foundation doesn't help anyone.
Zion Noah Capital is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, or title company. Information provided is for general educational and financing-preparation purposes and is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Borrowers should consult appropriately qualified professionals concerning their individual circumstances.
